• Unsuitable coffee mixture or coffee is not fresh
• Quantity of ground coffee is set too low
• Cups too cold: pre-warm
• Brewing temperature too low: increase temperature

• Grinding degree too coarse: set grinding degree finer

Brewing unit is not in the basic setting
Close the right side door and switch machine on
The brewing unit can be adjusted using the multitool
until the brewer can be inserted
