Meaning:
An unrecoverable error occurred in the HBA.
Corrective action:
An HBA has a fault. Replace the HBA.
If the error keeps recurring after replacement, collect the data for investigation (dump or fjsnap) and ask your
sales representative or a field engineer to perform an investigation.
