Transferring Calls
Transfer a call:
1. During a call, press the ​ T ransfer ​ s oft key.
NOTE: This will put the caller on hold and they will hear on­hold music
2. Enter the number to which you wish to transfer the call and press the

4. The callers are now connected and you can return your handset to the base
Blind Transfer (transfer without announcement):

Transfer a Call directly to Voice Messaging:
1. During a call, press the ​ T ransfer ​ s oft key.
2. Press the ​ B lind ​ s oft key
3. Dial ​ * 86​ plus the extension to transfer caller.

Call Park, Paging & Park Retrieve
Call Park
1. To park a calll, press the ​ T ransfer ​ s oft key then ​ * 32​ .
2. The system will announce number where call is parked.
3. Press the ​ T ransfer​ soft key again and the call is parked
Group Page:
1. With the handset still on the base, press the ​ P aging ​ s oft key to display Paging Groups List.
2. Select the desired page group and press the ​ P age ​ s oft key.
3. You'll hear a short tone, make the announcement using the speakerphone or the handset.
4. When you are done, press ​ E nd Page ​ s oft key or return the handset to the base.
Note: You can place a page to your default page group, pressing and holding the ​ P aging ​ s oft key for 1­2
seconds, bypassing step (2).
Receive a Group Page
When a phone is paged, you will hear a short alerting tone from the speaker. The phone will display who the
page is coming from and the zone it is associated with. .
Page Groups are configured by your system administrator and when available, provides a ​ P aging ​ s oft key
on your phone. You can assign up to 10 paging groups. The default group is All extensions. If you wish to
set­up additional Paging Groups, contact your system Administrator or Slic Network Solutions at
