functionality of your service and phone. There are many other advance features that V oice Net i s
capable of, so if you don't find what you're looking for in this document, please call us at

This document uses some basic terminology as follows:
Soft Keys are buttons whose function changes
depending what you are you doing. They use part
of the LCD display to identify their current function.
Feature Keys This refers to fixed, physical
buttons on the phone. Feature Keys are
intended for a single function and are label
as such.
Display Control k eys these
are the four directional
arrows located in the center
the phone. The ✓ in the
middle of the Display Control keys is called the
Select key.
Making a call
Place a Call:
1. Pick up the handset
2. Enter then number you wish to call
3. Press the

1. Leave the handset in pace
2. Enter then number you wish to call

NOTE: You can switch to Speaker phone at anytime during a call by pressing the

Last Number Redial:
1. Lift telephone handset. Press the assigned code (example, *66).
2. The last outgoing phone number is redialed.
Note: Emergency pages will automatically broadcast to your phone at a preset volume level regardless of
whether an active call is occurring or the phone is in the D o Not Disturb m ode. Priority pages will
automatically broadcast in a similar manner, but will not override the D o Not Disturb s
