Thank you for selecting Slic’s V oice Net . This user’s guide is intended to cover the basic functionality of your service and phone. There are many other advance features that V oice Net i s capable of, so if you don’t find what you’re looking for in this document, please call us at 8777542266 to inquire about additional functionality. This document uses some basic terminology as follows: Soft Keys are buttons whose function changes depending what you are you doing. They use part of the LCD display to identify their current function. Feature Keys This refers to fixed, physical buttons on the phone. Feature Keys are intended for a single function and are label as such. Display Control k eys these are the four directional arrows located in the center of the phone. Transferring Calls Transfer a call: 1. During a call, press the T ransfer s oft key. NOTE: This will put the caller on hold and they will hear onhold music 2. Enter the number to which you wish to transfer the call and press the feature key 3. Once the caller answers, you have confirmed they would like to take the call, press the T ransfer s oft key. Lift the telephone handset. Dial the Speed Dial 100 feature access code (default is *75). You will hear the “recall dial tone” (three quick beeps and then a dial tone).
