Call Park, Paging & Park Retrieve (continued)
During a page, you can ...
1. End the page while in progress, press the ​ E nd Page ​ s oft key.
2. Place the page on hold, press the ​ H old ​ s oft key.
3. If on an active call and the phone has been configured for ​ C all Waiting ​ o n Group Page, you will hear
a brief tone and the display will update with the paging information. Simply scroll to the waiting page
announcement and press the ​ A ccept ​ s oft key. The active call will automatically be placed on hold to
allow the page announcement to come through.
Call Park Retrieve
1. Lift telephone handset. Press ​ * 33 ​ a nd the number where the call was parked.
2. If the call was parked on 1 you would Press *​ 3 31​ to retrieve the call.
Handling Incoming Calls
Answer a Call on your Second Line:
1. If the second line rings during a call and you wish to answer it, use the ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys to select the
incoming call.
2. Press the ​ A nswer ​ s
3. To return to the first call, use the ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys to select the first call and press the ​ R esume ​ s oft key,
this places the active (second) call on hold and reconnects the first call.
4. You may disconnect a call at any time by pressing ​ E nd Call ​ s oft key.
Note: If multiple calls are on hold, an indicator will display the number of held calls (ex.: 2/3).
Reject a Call and send directly to Voice Mail:
1. When an incoming call arrives that you do not wish to answer, press the ​ I gnore ​ s
2. Your phone will stop ringing and the caller will be sent to your voice messaging.
Note: If ​ S imultaneous Ring ​ i s active, call will continue to ring on other designated line(s).
Change the Default Ring Tone:
1. Press the ​ M enu ​ f eature key.
2. Using the ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys, select ​ S ettings (3) ​ a nd then the ​ B asic (1) ​ m
3. Select ​ R ing Type (3)
4. You can change the Default ring tone (1) or individual Line ring tones by using the ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys to
scroll through options
5. Press the ​ S elect ​ f eature key.
6. Use the ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys to scroll through the different ring tones. Press the ​ P lay ​ s oft key to hear how
the ringers sound.
7. Press the ​ S elect ​ s
8. Press the ​ M enu ​ f eature key to return to you default screen
Make a 3­Way Conference Call:
1. During a call, press the ​ C onfrnc ​ s
2. Enter the number of the party you wish to add and then press the
3. When the party answers, press the ​ C onfrnc ​ s
Split a 3­Way Conference Call (disconnect conference and place the two other parties on­hold):
1. During a conference call, press the ​ S plit ​ s oft key. The two parties will be put on­hold on separate
lines.
2. Using ​ D isplay Control ​ k eys to navigate to the desired party, you may then press ​ R esume ​ t o
re­establish an individual call.
