11 Guarantee and Customer Service

Guarantee
This product comes with a 3-year guarantee for material and manufacturing
faults. The guarantee does not apply:
• in the case of damage caused by improper use
• to wearing parts
• to deficiencies of which the customer was aware at the time of purchase
• to personal negligence on the part of the customer
• in the case of third-party intervention
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In order to make a claim
within the warranty period, the customer is required to provide proof of purchase.
Claims must be made within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase to
BEURER GmbH, Söflinger Str. 218, 89077 Ulm, Germany. In the case of claims
against the guarantee, the customer has the right to have the product repaired by
us or in a workshop authorised by us. Further rights (of the guarantee) remain
unaffected.
