Changing Paper Size

If you need to change the paper size of any Paper Drawer, there are two easy procedures that you
need to perform:
• Move the paper guides in the drawer to fit the new paper size.
• Program the new paper size into the copier so the copier will recognize it.

Moving the Paper Guides

Pull out on the desired Paper Drawer until it stops.

Remove the thumbs screws in the Side Guides and End Guide.
Note: If you do not have thumb screws holding the Side Guide and End Guide in place, they must be installed
by a service technician.

Move the Guides to fit the new size paper.

Secure the Guides with the thumb screws.

Place the copy paper in the Paper Drawer.
