Loading Paper

To save space, this copier has been designed with adjustable, front-loading Paper Drawers, which
are easily opened for paper loading.
When the selected Paper Drawer or LCC runs out of paper, the selected paper source flashes on the
Touch Screen and the message "Add Paper" appears.

Loading Paper in the Paper Drawers

Gently pull up on the Release Handle and pull out on the Paper
Drawer until it stops.

Fan the copy paper and insert it into the Paper Drawer.

When you are adding paper to the Paper Drawer, first remove any
remaining paper, combine it with the paper to be added and then
reload the paper as a single stack.
•
If you change to a different size of copy paper, the Paper Drawer
must be adjusted.
•
The tray holds up to 500 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper.
•
Do not load paper above the maximum height line.
