Weekly Timer

The weekly timer, when programmed, turns your copier ON and OFF at predetermined times. You
can set the timer for each day of the week to turn your machine ON at the beginning of the work
day and turn it OFF at the end of the work day. You can also program it for the weekends.
When your copier is OFF in the timer mode, the Timer indicator light is ON. Press the START Key
to exit the timer mode.

Setting the Weekly Timer

Note:
If you have the Print Control Board installed and you are not using the Weekly Timer, make sure your machine displays
one of the following:
1. If the ON/OFF times are set for 00:00/24:00, the Weekly Timer key can appear either highlighted or
not highlighted. (Highlighted = black background as shown in the view below, not highlighted = white
background)
2. If your timer settings are anything else (00:00/00:00, 24:00/00:00, or 24:00/24:00), make sure the
Weekly Timer key is not highlighted. An incorrect setting can cause the machine to shut down every
five minutes.
