The mailbox and extension number directories can be used any time Voice Mail asks
you to enter a mailbox number. You use the keypad keys to enter the name. The sys-
tem then plays the closest matching directory name that corresponds to the entry.
Display Keysets: Press the keys to enter the name. The number of times a key is
pressed determines which character is entered, as shown below. When adjoining
