Recording System Caller Names

Before recording System Caller Names, the associated telephone numbers must first be programmed
(See 2.5.3 System Caller Name Announcement in the Programming Manual.)
1.
Log in to the Main Menu.
2.
Press [5] to modify messages.
3.
Press [7] to modify system caller names.
4.
Enter the Caller ID List Number
5.
The VPS announces the Caller ID number and its name. To change the name, press [1]. If a
name has not yet been recorded for this Caller ID number, go to Step 6.
6.
Record the name after the tone and press [1].
7.
The VPS announces the recorded name. Press [2] to accept it.
8.
Repeat Steps 4-7 to record names for other Caller ID List numbers.

Guidance is "Caller Name Announcement number".
Enter [ ] to return to Step 3.
Press [2] to accept the current name—Return to Step 4.
Press [3] to erase the current name—Return to Step 4.
Press [1] to change the recorded name—Return to Step 6.
Press [3] to erase the recorded name—Return to Step 4.
