example:
If today is February 16 and you enter [1] [7] [#], the message will be delivered tomorrow.
If today is February 16 and you enter [5] [#], the message will be delivered on March 5.

Press [2] to accept the entry.

Press [1] to make this message urgent; otherwise, press [2].
16.
Press [1] to make this message private; otherwise, press [2].
17.
Press [1] to request an auto receipt; otherwise, press [2].
