When reassembling remember to insert
ground cable (D) under right-hand screw
(V2b).
RADIATOR
After having refitted the radiator and filled
the cooling system by pouring coolant into
filler point (A), bleed air from the system as
follows: loosen screw (V) and allow ALL THE
AIR to escape; now tighten screw.
Do not tighten screw (V) past the mark you
have made with pen or thread may be da-
maged.
• Replenish the radiator coolant and then close filler
cap (A).
• Start the engine and run it at IDLE speed for a few
minutes then switch off and unscrew the bleed screw
again to vent any residual air. Now retighten the ble-
ed screw.
