Installing Options
❒ If the wireless signal is weak and printing is affected by it, attach an exter-
nal antenna.
❒ After finishing installation, check the IEEE 802.11b interface unit is in-
stalled properly: Print the configuration page from the "List/Test Print"
menu. If it is installed properly, you will see "IEEE 802.11b" for "Device
Connection".
❒ If the IEEE 802.11b interface unit is not installed properly, reinstall it from
the start of the procedure. If you cannot install it properly even after at-
tempting reinstallation, contact your sales or service representative.
❒ You need to make settings with the control panel before using the gigabit
ethernet board. For details, see
figuration".
