the upper handlebar clamp-
ing blocks 3 on the lower
handlebar clamping blocks
while holding the handle-
bars in place.
Install large screws 2, but
do not tighten.
Install small screws 1, but
do not tighten.
Align the handlebars in the
clamping blocks such that
the centers of the marks A
are in line with the gaps be-
