any other incidental or consequential damage. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written limited
warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
13.2 Emission Control System Warranty
Your Kipor generator engine complies with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Environment of Canada, and the
state of California . The following systems and/or parts are covered by this warranty. Failures or improper operation of
the following systems and components will be diagnosed and repaired with no charge for labor or parts.

Carburetor including the choke system and replaceable high altitude main jets

Engine speed control system (Smart Throttle)

Intake manifold

Engine control module
Evaporative Control System

Fuel tank
