Selects character height and width, as follows:
• Bits 0 to 3 : character height selection ( see table 2 ).
• Bits 4 to 7 : character width selection ( see table 1 ).

• This command is effective for all characters (except HRI characters).
• If n is outside the defined range, this command is ignored.
• When characters are enlarged with different heights on one line, the are aligned at the
baseline or topline (see $1D $7E).
• The character size can also be selected by the command $1B $21. However,the
setting of the last received command is effective.

Starts or ends macro definition.
[Notes]
• Macro definition starts when this command is received during normal operation.
• When the command $1D $5E is received during macro definition, the printer ends the
macro definitions and clears all definitions.
• Macro not defined when the power is turned on.
• The defined contents of the macro are not cleared by the command $1B $40.
Therefore, $1B $40 can be included in the contents of the macro definitions.
• If the printer receives the command $1D $3A again immediately after previously
receiving $1D $3A, the printer remains in the macro undefined state.
• The contents of the macro can be defined up to 1024 bytes. If the macro definition
exceeds 1024 bytes, the excess data is not not stored.
