1.1 Text Conventions

CAUTION: This information will be quite

1.2 Applicable Models

This manual is applicable to the following Novra Receiver models:
Novra S300 – Enhanced DVB-S/DVB-S2 satellite data receiver capable of receiving IP data
Novra S300V – Enhanced DVB-S/DVB-S2 satellite data receiver capable of receiving IP data and
MPEG Video data
Novra S300CA – Same functionality as the S300V, but with a conditional access Common Interface
(CI) slot, making it compatible with many commercially available conditional access encryption
systems

NOTE:
Your Novra S300 Configuration Application may also be used to configure other
Novra receiver families such as the S75 and the S200. This manual does not specifically
cover the configuration of these receivers, although the commands are very similar.
