Importing a CSV File Exported from Outlook
Outlook supports a special Notes option that does not comply with the CSV format,
and will not import into networkWCS Hosted PBX. Therefore, it must be removed
by deleting the column.
To import networkWCS Hosted PBX CSV format through Outlook, follow these steps:
1. Export your contacts from Outlook into a Windows CSV file.
2. Delete any column you don't need except for First Name, Last Name, and columns
containing phone numbers.
