The total number of contact addresses (phone numbers) cannot exceed
5000 for all Contacts. The maximum number of addresses per contact cannot
exceed 50.
A record consists of a contact name "Contact" and multiple addresses

The feature searches for one of the 4 key-word identifiers in this order and
combination:
1. Identifier
2. First Name and Last Name
3. First Name
4. Last Name
5. Company Name
If no key-word identifiers are found, then the import fails.
