[1], [2].
12.4 Maintenance
12.4.1 Error History
Display the error logs.
Date/Time
Display the date and time information error occurred.
Error Code
Display the error code of the error.
12.4.2 Power On/Off History
Display the power on and off logs.
Date/Time
Display the date and time when device power on or power off.
On/Off
Display the information belong to power on or power off.
Off Status
Display the power off status, idle or if there are jobs while power off the device.
12.4.3 Initialization
Initialize the device, there are three modes of initialization functions.
Initialize Setting
The default settings will be initialized.
Initialize Stored data
The stored data in the Address Books i.e. Speed Dials and One-Touch Dials will be
initialized.
Initialize All
The default settings and the stored data in the Address Books will all be initialized to
restore factory defaults. IP address will also be removed, user will be required to set it up
again.
