Open.the.ADF.cover.

Gently.remove.the.document.from.the.ADF..
If.you.cannot.remove.it,.turn.the.release.knob.to.remove.the.jammed.document.

Close.the.ADF.cover,.making.sure.both.sides.are.snapped.down.securely.
