Solution
• Ask the administrator for the user code.
• Specify the user code you confirmed when
printing from the printer driver. On the
printer driver's [Printer Configuration] tab,
click [User Code], and then enter the user
code.
To print password-protected PDF files, enter
the password in the [PDF Menu] or on Web Im-
age Monitor.

Change the PDF file security setting.
Open the application used to create the PDF,
and then print the file using the application's
driver.
Re-save the file in normal (non-compressed)
PDF format.
Some types of High Compression PDF files are
not supported. Consult your sales representa-
tive about the supported file types.
Embed fonts in the PDF file you want to print
and then print.
Reduce the number of jobs.
• Check if there are any other active wireless-
devices near the machine.
• Remove the machine from close proximity
with IEEE 802.11b wireless LAN devices.
