The stitch length and needle drop position of patterns #36,
#37, #38, #40, #41 and #42 are independent from those of
the combined pattern.
Example: Inserting 3 counts of the straight stitch after
pattern 32 (mode 2)
Program pattern #32 and #42 (3 counts of straight stitch).

w Pattern #42 (3 counts of straight stitch)
To insert blank space, use pattern #99.
Trim the connecting thread after sewing.
