Battery String Voltage Check
Note: Battery fuses are removed for transit and should only be fitted by the

Ensure the battery fuses are removed from the switched fuse holders.
With a DVM set to a DC range of above 450V, check for each individual battery string
voltage. This voltage for a serviceable battery should be between +385V and +416V DC.
Measure the battery string voltage from the lower connecting screw of the appropriate fuse
holder and the battery ve connection bar. As shown in
If a voltage of less than +385V is recorded re check the battery connections and re test the
string voltage.
