MODEM Use IRQ
This field is used to set an IRQ channel for the modem installed in
your system.
Soft-Off by PWRBTN
This field allows you to select the method of powering off your
system.

When this field is set to Auto, the system will initialize the VGA
BIOS when it wakes up from the S3 state. This can be configured
only if the "ACPI Suspend Type" field is set to "S3(STR)".

Last State When power returns after an AC power failure, the

is enabled or disabled, if the power button is
pushed and released in less than 4 sec, the system
enters the Suspend mode. The purpose of this
function is to prevent the system from powering off
in case you accidentally "hit" or pushed the power
button. Push and release again in less than 4 sec to
restore. Pushing the power button for more than 4
seconds will power off the system.
Pressing and then releasing the power button at
once will immediately power off your system.
When power returns after an AC power failure, the
system's power is off. You must press the Power but-
ton to power-on the system.
When power returns after an AC power failure, the
system will automatically power-on.
system will return to the state where you left off
before power failure occurs. If the system's power is
off when AC power failure occurs, it will remain off
when power returns. If the system's power is on
when AC power failure occurs, the system will
power-on when power returns.
