Summary of embroidery motifs
Professionally digitized designs are
normally digitized for 40-weight
thread which can be found in poly-
ester and rayon varieties giving the
embroidery a pretty sheen. They are
available in a wide range of colors
with new colors being added from
time to time.
Metallic threads also con add dimen-
sion to your embroidery and will sew
the easiest by using the vertical spool
holder and the supplementary thread
guide (optional accessory). A needle
designed for use with metallic
threads will also improve results.
Choose a finer thread for the bobbin
to avoid unnecessary thread build up
