Mirror image (horizontal)

Rotate motif

Horizontal mirror image
· open Layout 1 screen
· touch the mirror symbol
· the motif will be shown in mirror
image (and later embroidered as
such)
· when mirror image is applied, only
the motif frame appears on the
screen
Retrieving the motif
· after applying mirror image, the
motif can be retrieved
· touch show
· hourglass blinks to the right of the
"show" symbol
· this indicates that the motif is being
redeveloped
· the hourglass disappears and the
motif appears in its frame
Rotate motif
· open Layout 1 screen
· touch the left symbol
· the motif is roated 5° clockwise
· touch the symbol again
· the motif is now rotated 10°, etc.
· touch the right symbol
· the motif is roated 5° anti-
clockwise, etc.
· the motif can therefore be rotated
in 72 different positions
Retrieving the motif
· after rotating, the motif can be
retrieved
· touch show
· hourglass blinks to the right of the
"show" symbol
· this indicates that the motif is being
redeveloped
· the hourglass disappears and the
motif appears in its frame
· touch "ok" to confirm and return
to the sewing screen
· the motif will appear on the sewing
screen in its original size (not
rotated)

Motifs and functions
· the corner marking moves from the
bottom right to bottom left of the
frame
· the mirror image remains active
until a new motif is selected
· a wonderful variety of combinations
are possible using mirror image
together with the rotation feature
· touch "ok" to confirm and return
to the sewing screen
· the motif always appears in its
original form (not mirror imaged) in
the sewing screen
· amendments take place during the
screen change
· as the motif is recalculated, the
percentage of complete alterations
appears in place of the embroidery
time
· a variety of combinations are
possible using horizontal mirror
image
· only the motif frame is shown and
rotated
· the rotation only stays active until a
new motif is selected
· if a design is too large to be rotated
within the hoop, reduce the size,
rotate it, and return the motif to its
original size
· amendments take place during the
screen change
· as the motif is recalculated, the
percentage of complete alterations
appears in place of the embroidery
time
