Setting up ring delay

You can define for each internal subscriber the number of
rings after which a call is to be signalled at your phone.

Delaying ringing for an internal call

Calls should be signalled first, for example, in the office at
the base station (INT 0) and only after a delay at your hand-
set.
Call the menu.
Select and confirm.
Select the required internal subscriber.
Ring delay is active for this internal call number if the dis-
play is highlighted.
To change the setting:
Activate/deactivate.
and
The phone is in standby.

Setting the number of rings

This is where you can set the number of rings after which
the internal subscriber is included in signalling (factory set-
ting: 3).
Call the menu.
Select and confirm.
...
Enter the number of rings (1–6).
Save the setting.
and
The phone is in standby.
Early call pickup
Early call pickup can be performed at the base station tele-
phone or the comfort handset simply by lifting the hand-
set. In this case, a message asking the subscriber whether
he/she wants to pick up the call appears.
