Using function keys

The base station telephone has 4 function keys that can be
set with functions or call numbers. The functions are exe-
cuted or the stored call numbers are dialled when the
function keys are pressed.

– Setting with a call number

Call the menu.
Select and confirm.
Press the required function key.
Open the supplementary menu.
Select and confirm.
Enter the call number.
Open the supplementary menu.
End.
and The phone is in standby.
The function key can now be used to dial the specific party.
– Setting with a call number from the
telephone directory
If necessary, delete the existing entry.
Call the menu.
Select and confirm.
Press the required function key.
Open the supplementary menu.
Select and confirm.
The display lists all telephone directory entries.
Select and confirm the required entry.
Open the supplementary menu.
