Making a selection from the telephone
directory
Open the telephone directory. The first entry is displayed.
Press key twice, for example to jump to the first entry un-
der "E" .
Select the required subscriber.
Lift the handset.
Suffix dialling is also possible, i.e. you can choose to
save only parts of a call number in the telephone di-
rectory, e.g. a prefix or a company's central ex-
change number. The extension or subscriber num-
bers can then be dialled manually.

Changing/displaying/deleting entries

Open the telephone directory.
Select the required entry.
Open the supplementary menu.
Select and confirm.
Change the name (see page 151).
Enter or change the call number. Move down one line and
open the supplementary menu.
Save the entry.
and The phone is in standby.
Other menu items in the supplementary menu are
as follows:
Display entry
Delete entry.

Displaying available memory

Open the telephone directory.
Open the supplementary menu.
The display shows the available memory.
