Basic setting, reception interval
Fax reception may not be possible for an extended period under the following circumstances, as the fax
machine is occupied solely with the transmission of documents:
• Extensive group dialling
• Extensive group polling
• Numerous send jobs in the buffer memory
In order to ensure the possibility of receiving incoming faxes in such situations, a variable interval can be
configured for in between the respective transmission and/or polling jobs.
