if the fax machine is to be charged with paper of a different size than DIN A4, the respective paper size must be
set accordingly. This setting must be performed separately for each tray (when installed). If necessary, the fax
machine can then react to different fax formats by accessing the respective paper tray.

Basic setting, letter head paper

If the fax machine is used as a PC printer, it is possible to select other paper trays (when installed). In this
context, it is customary to deposit pre-printed (letter head) paper in a specific tray. To ensure that the fax
machine does not access this tray under any circumstances (e.g. no paper in the other tray), it can be excluded
for the receipt of faxes.
Function only available when optional paper tray installed.
