11 Maintenance
Danger to life due to electric shock!

Have the inverter's top cover opened exclusively by
the PLATINUM service or service partners authorised
by DIEHL Controls.
Danger
Danger to life do to DC and AC high voltage!
Â
Wear insulating protective clothing and face
protection.
Â
Have any cleaning or maintenance works carried out

exclusively by trained personnel.
The qualified specialist personnel require a license
from the relevant energy suppliers.
Prior to every maintenance work or cleaning:
Â
Switch off the main power supply (fuse).
Â
Deactivate AC circuit breaker.
Â
Set DC circuit breaker to 0.
Â
Disconnect connections.
Â
De-energise AC side and secure it against switching
on.
Â
Condensers require up to 60 min to discharge. Do not
touch connectors (DC/AC) for at least 5 minutes after
switching off.
Â
Ensure that the DC cables are de-energised.
When mounting/dismounting in France:
Â
Use special tools for removing the connections.
In case of a PLATINUM inverter without DC switch:
Â
Disconnect in the following order:
1. Remove cable from terminal strip on AC side.
2. Pull DC plug.
