What to do
Ask your administrator that the POP3 user name and password
is set correctly.
Ask your administrator if the login types (Auto, POP3, APOP) to
the POP3 server are correct.
Ask the sender to resend the E-mail. If the error still occurs, con-
tact your service representative.
