Two menu indicators

indicator only appears after options which take a specific setting — it indicates

that a value or setting follows the option.
In the following sample control panel screen,

Control panel locks

You can lock some Control Panel menus to prevent unauthorized access to critical system
parameters. If you scroll to a locked menu and press either the Item key (labeled 2 or 6),

If you do not want users to have access to the Reset Menu, power OFF and power ON the
printer.
