Managing USB Disk Drive

eSATA (16-channel DVR only)

Note:
Do not remove the external HDD while drive formatting is in progress.
Manage: Click to view or delete file(s) stored in the external hard disk drive.
Aurora Series: Configuring DVR Settings
Click Manage to view or delete file(s)
stored in the USB disk drive.
To delete folder(s)/file(s), check the
respective box(es) and click Delete. An
"Are you sure that you want to delete
the file?" Warning message appears
on the screen. Click Yes to proceed.
Note:
Do not remove the USB device
while file deletion is in progress.
Use eSATA connection for backup
purposes.
Note:
The eSATA disk drive cannot be
used for direct recording.
Format: Click to format the external
hard disk drive.
An "Are you sure that you want to
format this drive?" Warning message
appears on the screen. Click Yes to
proceed.
