CHECKING THE SWINGARM

1. Check:
S swingarm 1
Damage/wear ! Replace.
2. Check:
S pivot shaft 1
S collar
S bearing
S oil seal
Damage/wear ! Replace.

CHECKING THE CHAIN DRIVE ASSEMBLY

1. Check:
S primary drive chain 1
S secondary drive chain 2
Damage/stiffness ! Replace the drive
chain and its respective gears as a set.
2. Check:
S primary /secondary drive gear 3
S primary/secondary driven gear 4
Damage/wear ! Replace the respective
drive gears and respective drive chains as a
set.
