Use the following procedure to adjust the copy exposure for each Original
Quality mode (Auto Mode, Text + Photo Mode, Text Mode and Photo
Mode) to any one of the 7 available levels.
Available Settings
Lighter -3
Lighter -2
Lighter -1
Normal
Darker +1
Darker +2
Darker +3

Press [System Menu / Counter]. The Sys. Menu/Count screen displays.

Press or to select Adjust and
press [Enter].
The Adjust screen displays.

Press or to select Copy
Expo. Adj and press [Enter].
The Copy Expo. Adj screen
displays.

Press or to select the
Original Quality Mode requiring
adjustment and press [Enter].
