Procedure to Print Reports

Use the following procedure to print out a report of the settings currently
registered in the machine. The following shows the reports that are
available for printing.
Report
Name
Menu The machine prints a full list of menu options.
Map Menus shown on the list may vary depending
on which optional units are installed on the
machine.
Status You can check the machine's current status,
Page including available memory space and option
settings by printing a Status Page.
Font List You can print out lists of the internal fonts or
optional fonts, including downloaded fonts.

Press [System Menu / Counter].
The Sys. Menu/Count screen
displays.

Press or to select Report
and press [Enter].
The Report screen displays.
