#DUL-500 LOG SET INSTALLATION
ATTENTION: If converting to LP (propane) gas do so now before installing log set. Follow instructions included with kit.
NOTE: Log numbers are located on bottom of each log. Refer to following instructions and illustrations for proper placement.
CAUTION: Do not place logs directly over burner port holes. Improper log placement may affect flame appearance and cause excessive
soot to build up on logs and glass.

Position base log DU1 cutout over pilot assembly while resting front of log against backside of burner back tier.
Position front sides of OB2 and OB3 logs up against backside of burner front tier as shown above.

Position (2) OB5 logs and C log as shown below.
Place klinkers along front side of burner front tier.
Use a steel or stiff bristle nylon brush to distribute Rock Wool Embers onto logs and burner.
Do not cover burner port holes directly in front of pilot with Rock Wool Embers. Blocking these port holes may result in delayed ignition.
