WHEN PRINTING CANNOT BE PERFORMED...
When printing is not performed even after being sent from the computer, check the following:
Check Item
Is the power ON?
Is the network cable connected?
Is paper set?
Is any error message displayed?
NOTES:
✽ After performing any of the actions above, do a Test Print. See "NETPANEL FUNCTION -
PRINTER MANAGEMENT - Reset Printer and Test Print Page" . If the Test Printing cannot
be performed, please contact the network administrator or call for service.
Turn ON the power of the machine.
Connect the network cable correctly.
Set paper in the required cassette.
Confirm the error message, then do the required action.
