WHEN PRINTING CANNOT BE PERFORMED...
When printing is not performed after being sent from the computer, check the following:
Check Item
Is the power ON?
Is the printer cable disconnected?
Is the appropriate printer cable used?
Is paper set?
Is any error message displayed?
NOTES:
After performing any of the actions above, do the Test Print. See "[Test Print] Tab" .
If the Test Print cannot be performed, please call for service.
If the printer is used on a network, ask the network administrator.
Turn ON the power of the machine.
Connect the printer cable correctly.
Please use the appropriate printer cable. If the cable is
cut, replace it with a new one.
The printer cable varies depending on the computer to be
connected. See "SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER
INFORMATION - PRINTER CABLE SPECIFICATIONS" .
Set paper in the required cassette.
Confirm the error message, then perform the required
action.
