An MQRB6961BK Kit is required for a Single Sided Installation.

Add 1/2" to this Dimension where a non-combustible wall surface will
cover the unit (See Nailing Tab Guide Page also).
Fireplace vent MUST maintain min. 1" clearance from combustible (Wood) framing.
However, if steel stud framing is used, 1" vent clearance is not required.
