Notch in Mount Bracket Insert top of Screen into fireplace opening and push bottom in. Bottom Angle on Bottom of Screen. To remove Safety Screen, Push up Screen Frame and pull bottom away from fireplace.
  • Page 6 When finishing the wall around the fireplace, it is critical that the wall covering be fastened properly. It is acceptable to pre-drill holes and use self-tapping screws which may be used to fasten a backer for tile, marble, etc. Screws being installed through non-combustible board should be self-tapping type with a maximum length of 2 inches.
  • Page 7 Your stove or fireplace has been painted with the highest quality silicone stove paint. This paint dries quickly in 15-20 minutes when first applied at the factory. However, due to the high temperature silicone components, the paint will cure when heat is applied to the appliance as it is first used. The following information applies to the curing process to get the paint fully hard and durable.

    It will be necessary to clean the glass periodically. During startup, condensation, which is normal, forms on the inside of the glass, and causes dust, lint etc. to cling to the glass surface. Also, initial paint curing can deposit a slight film on the glass. It is therefore recommended that initially the glass be cleaned two or three Cautions and Warnings times with a commercial fireplace glass cleaner.
  • Page 58 A Door Latch Tool is provided to assist with removing and installing the glass doors on the Infinite Series. While it is not necessary to use Wait until unit is Completely cool this tool, it may prove helpful. before touching glass or attempting to remove door.
  • Page 59 Remove Valve Access Cover in order to access igniter and valve controls. To remove Valve Access Cover, simply insert fingers into holes in Access Panel and lift out. When replacing Access Panel, engage Tabs into Slots in Bracket. The Lower Face Panel on the valve side of the unit is shipped attached with only 3 screws for easy removal. This allows all necessary gas line and electrical connections to be made easily.

Slide the Burner Tube away from the Plumbing Connection until it disengages from the orifices. Reverse these steps to reinstall. If flames appear higher or lower at one end of the unit, the primary air can be adjusted on one of the two mixing sleeves to even the flame.
