CIS Unit

*Switch Scanner off and disconnect from power source and PC prior to any repair.
Remove SUL board, see page 4-4
Install the new CIS Unit and reverse the steps.
Power on the scanner and run Scanner Maintenance.

USB Cable

*Switch Scanner off and disconnect from plower source and PC prior to any repair.
Open CIS unit, see page 4-24
Remove RHS cover, see page 4-5

Part replacement MG52D
1. Unplug Cables.
2. Remove screws.
Pull USB and Keypad cable back in HW box,
pull Power, Motor and Sensor cables out with
the CIS unit.
2. Pull out USB cable.
Pull carefully the USB cable out and into the
HW box module and disconnect cables.
1. Release connector lock under cable.
