Enabling or Disabling Simultaneous Ringing on
Additional Phones
If you want additional phones (such as your cell phone, your home phone, or another external number)
to ring simultaneously with your assigned extension, you can configure the additional phones using
ShoreTel Communicator, or your ShoreTel administrator can configure this capability for you.
After these additional phones are configured, you can enable or disable simultaneous ringing for these
phones by using soft keys on your phone.
To enable simultaneous ringing for your additional phones, do one of the following:

To log out, highlight Logout and press the OK soft key.
If you are a workgroup supervisor or operator and you want some time to wrap up a previous
call, highlight Wrap up and press the OK soft key.
If you are finished wrapping up the previous call, highlight UnWrap and press the OK soft key.
Press the

Use the Options menu, as follows:
1. Press the Options soft key
2. Enter your voicemail password, and press the OK soft key.
3. Scroll down to the Additional phone option.
4. With the Additional phone option highlighted, press the Toggle soft key to enable
additional phones.
5. Press the Exit soft key.
