1. Install:
S balancer driven gear 1
NOTE:
Install the balancer driven gear, then mesh the
balancer driven gear match mark a and ba-
lancer drive gear assembly match mark b .
2. Install:
S lock washer 1
S nut (balancer drive gear) 2
NOTE:
S Place a folded aluminium plate or copper
washer a between the teeth of the balancer
drive gear 3 and balancer driven gear 4 .
3. Bend the lock washer tab, after tighten the
nut flats.
