4.8 Slim select bay module
CAUTION: When using the DVD super multi drive as the slim select bay module, the
removed drive must be kept in an ultra slim bay case.
Installing the Slim select bay module
To install the slim select bay module, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-7.
1. Insert the slim select bay module into the computer to connect it to the connector on
the system board.
2. Remove the following screw from the screw hole. Then secure the latch with the
removed screw. (The slim select bay is locked.)
